1. Product Information
- Our Plantable Clay Ganesha Idols stand approximately 9 inches tall and are handcrafted products made from natural clay and embedded with seeds.
- Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in color, size, weight, and finish may occur.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.
2. Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Soil & Soul reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
- An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Delivery charges (for home delivery orders) are calculated at checkout.
- Full payment is required before order processing and shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within Canada.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Soil & Soul.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Upon verification, Soil & Soul may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the fragile, handmade, and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final unless:
- The product arrives damaged; or
- An incorrect item was shipped.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Soil & Soul.
7. Planting Results Disclaimer
- Seed germination depends on factors including soil quality, climate, sunlight, watering, and care.
- Soil & Soul does not guarantee seed germination or plant growth results.
8. Religious & Decorative Use
- Our Ganesha idols are intended for devotional, cultural, decorative, and eco-friendly immersion purposes.
- Customers are responsible for following local regulations regarding immersion or disposal.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, product designs, text, and branding displayed on our website are the property of Soil & Soul and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Soil & Soul's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
11. Privacy
- Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, customer service, and marketing communications where consent has been provided.
- Personal information will never be sold to third parties and is always kept private.
12. Force Majeure
Soil & Soul shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
At Soil & Soul, each Plantable Clay Ganesha Idol is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade, fragile, and seasonal nature of our products, we maintain the following refund policy:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Customers may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was received.
- The order is incomplete or missing items.
To be eligible:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Email all details to soilnsoulcanada@gmail.com.
After review, Soil & Soul may offer a replacement product, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish due to the handmade nature of the product.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Products that have been used, immersed, planted, or altered after delivery.
- Failure of seeds to germinate, as growth depends on environmental conditions and care.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a cancellation request may be approved.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers must follow the Refund Policy for any eligible claims.
Seasonal Orders
During festival seasons and promotional periods, orders may be processed quickly. Once production, packaging, or shipping has commenced, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Soil & Soul.
